In order to be effective, yoga must be practiced daily or on a regular basis with no long lapses of time between lessons. A minimum commitment of 10 lessons in 30 days is required if the student is to derive maximum benefit from this yoga program.

Below is the schedule for 2438 South Boulevard
Showers, dressing rooms, and ample parking.

Please dress in cool clothing, wearing as little as you're comfortable wearing. Dress like you're going to the beach. Women usually wear bike or running shorts and a sports bra, a leotard, or bathing suit. Men wear bike or running shorts, or speedos. Please, no long sleeves or pants if at all possible.

Bring a large bath towel, a small hand towel, and a yoga mat if you have one. Towels and mats are provided free on your first visit, and are available to rent on following visits.

Come to class well hydrated and bring bottled water with you, or you may purchase water when you arrive.

Please refrain from eating for 2 - 3 hours before taking class.
